Click on Risk Tiers under My CRF the section is highlighted in black box in screenshot below.
The app will list an option to configure risk tiers for the test formula and overall score. See screenshot below for reference.
Click on Add new risk tier. The button is highlighted in screenshot below.
Specify Risk Tier percentages(atleast 3 risk tiers are required).
Once the risk tier percentages are set, proceed to click on the Save button(located on the upper right). This button is highlighted in the screenshot below.
