# Service Level Agreement

> How service-level commitments work on the Alterscope Developer API.

Formal service-level commitments — uptime, support-response times, incident communications, and service credits — are available on **Enterprise and Custom plans** and are agreed as part of the contract.

We don't publish standardized SLA figures here, because the terms are negotiated per agreement rather than fixed as a single published number. If your procurement process needs specific uptime, support-response, or service-credit terms, **[contact us](/resources/support)** and we'll work them into the contract.

## What every plan gets

* A **public health endpoint** — `GET /v1/health` — you can probe for liveness.
* **Self-serve plans** (Free, Analyst, Team) run on **best-effort availability**, without contractual service credits.
* **Enterprise and Custom plans** add **contractual SLA terms** negotiated directly.
